Like tentacles reaching out to protect a priceless treasure, this 1940s engagement ring's platinum leaves encase a near round cream cultured Akoya pearl that measures 8.4mm. The platinum band of this antique pearl engagement ring uniquely splices into triple sheaves along the shoulders. Each of these six leafy fronds is then accented with a single cut round diamond. Circa 1940s.
