Delicate filigree work adds interest to this Victorian antique onyx and cameo flip ring's dramatic backsplash. The highlight of this antique flip ring is the interchangeable bezel. The black onyx side is centerpieced with a rhomboid-set round single cut diamond that weighs 0.01 carats. The opposing side showcases a peachy shell cameo that features a milky female right profile. A 14k white gold band lends metallic shimmer to both options. Circa 1900.
