Powers of healing, strength and protection abound in antique garnet engagement rings. The focal point gemstone of this antique engagement ring is a deep purplish red Alamandite garnet. Round faceted mixed cut in shape, the approximate 1.94 carat garnet is flanked by four single cut diamonds. A platinum band lends the perfect setting to this antique garnet engagement ring. Circa 1940s to 1950s.
