This 1950's Retro vintage engagement ring brings to mind a diamond-studded spiral staircase. The 14k white gold band's meandering design attracts the eye with its shimmering collection of baguette and round single cut diamonds. The total diamond carat weight in this vintage engagement ring is 0.43 carats. Circa 1950 or later.
