Shipping to USA Addresses

Shipping fees for USA deliveries are non-refundable and are displayed beside the price for each jewelry piece. Shipping is by United Parcel Service (UPS) 2 Day Air. Shipping by FEDEX is at our discretion to a few select destinations. Your package is always insured and requires a signature at delivery.

For credit and debit card orders, we ship to the cardholder's billing address unless you request an alternate shipping address. If you request shipping to a non-billing address, we charge an additional non-refundable special processing fee that is equal to 1.5% of your order, plus a $2.50 transaction fee. You may see the additional fee $ amount in the field titled "Other Special Fee" on the last checkout page. If you return your purchase, we do not refund the shipping fee or the additional special fee. Another option is to pay by bank wire; we ship to most addresses when you pay by bank wire and you only pay the shipping fee.

Subject to consumer and seasonal demands, Topazery ships most orders within ten (10) business days after we receive your order and process your payment. Orders which require ring sizing may require additional time. Please allow twelve (12) weeks for a special order, unless a different delivery time is noted on the website for a specific jewelry item. Your shipping address may not be changed once your package is enroute or you may incur additional shipping fees. Once a package has shipped, exceptions which are out of Topazery's control may occur and delay delivery. When the shipped package is signed for, Topazery shall have no liability to you if the item is subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.

Shipping to Military or PO Addresses

Shipping fees to Military Addresses or USA PO Addresses are non-refundable and are displayed beside the price for each jewelry piece. If a delivery is to be sent to an APO/FPO address or to a post office box, shipping shall be by the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS delivery times vary.

Subject to consumer and seasonal demands, Topazery ships most orders within ten (10) business days after we receive your order and process your payment. Orders which require ring sizing may require additional time. Please allow twelve (12) weeks for a special order, unless a different delivery time is noted on the website for a specific jewelry item. Once a package has shipped, exceptions which are out of Topazery's control may occur and delay delivery. Once the shipped package is signed for, Topazery shall have no liability to you if the item is subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.

International Shipping

International shipping fees are non-refundable as follows:

$125.00 for purchases from $1 to $999
$135.00 for purchases from $1000 to $1999
$145.00 for purchases from $2000 and up

For international orders, we charge a non-refundable shipping fee and a non-refundable special processing fee that is equal to 3.5% of your total order, plus a $7.50 transaction fee. We do not refund this special fee, or the shipping fee, if you return your purchase. The special fee displays on the last checkout page in the shopping cart, in the field titled "Other special Fees". Another option is to pay by bank wire; when you pay by bank wire, you only pay the shipping fee.

International orders are shipped via FEDEX International Priority Next Day Air. Your purchase is insured until you or someone else signs for the package. The package usually arrives in customs in 1-2 business days. Customs processing may take from several days to several weeks. Because customs processing times vary, the returns period for international purchases begins on the day you or someone signs for the package as per the shipper's delivery documentation.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes which are imposed by customs in your country. You are responsible for paying any additional fees for purchases that are shipped to addresses outside the USA; the airway bill will be completed to bill you for these charges. The shipper, FEDEX, will send you an invoice after your purchase has been delivered. You are also responsible for paying all customs fees if you return your purchase. You must complete the airway bill to charge all return duties and taxes to the purchaser/sender or your refund will be delayed until Topazery receives a bill for the duties and taxes. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Because customs fees are not insignificant, we recommend that you contact your local customs office regarding these charges.

Expedited Delivery

For approved orders, we provide expedited processing and overnight delivery via United Parcel Service (UPS) for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. This fee is in addition to the shipping fee for each jewelry piece. For example, if shipping is $20.00, expedited processing and overnight delivery will be an additional $100.00 for a total of $120.00. Expedited processing and delivery is available for approved orders to most, but not all, US addresses within the continental United States. Expedited processing and delivery service is not available for international orders or for orders which require ring sizing.

For expedited delivery, enter a note in the comments field when you place your online order and request expedited processing and delivery. Please also call us and leave a message that you are requesting expedited service. We will email you a purchase link for the $100.00 expedited delivery fee. We must receive your online order and $100.00 payment by 10AM EST for your purchase to be shipped out that same day. Orders received after 10AM will be shipped the following business day.

Online purchases made Monday - Thursday by 10AM EST, with expedited delivery, are delivered the next business day. Purchases made on Friday are delivered on the following Monday. Purchases made Saturday and Sunday with expedited delivery are shipped the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Holidays will add extra delivery time. Saturday delivery is not available. Please be advised that once a package has shipped, exceptions which are out of Topazery's control may occur and delay delivery.
