The highlight of this antique sapphire engagement ring is the blue hued round faceted mixed cut sapphire that centerpieces it. Weighing 0.58 carats, this blue sapphire is encased in a fancy cut 18k white gold filigree band that is trimmed with milgraining. Circa 1920.
