Heart-shaped leaves of ivy delicately wind their way around the finger in this 1920s floral and filigree diamond engagement ring. The centerpiece of this 1920s engagement ring is an octagonally set round brilliant cut diamond. This J-colored, VVS1-clarity diamond weighs 0.27 carats. Six additional filigree-heart-set round full cut diamonds encircle the octagon, lending a total diamond weight of 0.47 carats to this platinum engagement ring. Circa 1920 or later.
