Green sapphire engagement rings like this one are cool and fresh with their seafoam green gemstones. The 1.23 carat round brilliant cut green sapphire in this antique style engagement ring is surrounded by a halo of 20 diamonds. An additional forty-two diamonds cascade down the shoulders of the 18k white gold carved band. The combined weight of all the diamonds is 0.43 carats.
